MCIT offers 24/7 network and server monitoring and support including end user support. Our RMS software is second to none and offers us both front end control and back end control of your computers, servers and network hardware. This gives our technicians the unique ability to remote into a device to help and end user or work in the background without disturbing the end user.

Does MCIT offer offsite Back UP and Disaster Recovery Services?

How do we open support tickets with MCIT?

MCIT operates off of a support ticket system giving the user the ability to make and revisits tickets unique to them. If you have an IT department, your admin can control the tickets for your entire organization. So how do you make a ticket, you can call in your ticket with our toll free 24/7 number or send an email to support@mcithouston.com.
